How It Works

Sales are free to attend, ticketed, and run a few days each. Here’s everything to know before you go.

Do I need a ticket?

Yes — and they are free. Each ticket allows one (1) hour of shopping, beginning at the start time listed on your ticket. Limit one (1) ticket per customer, and every shopper must register individually with their own email.

What if the sale is sold out?

Standby tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and begin at 1:00 PM each day.

Can I leave and come back?

No. Once you complete the checkout process and exit the building, no re-entry is allowed.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final — no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

How can I pay?

Touchless payment preferred. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. No AMEX.

Can I bring a bag?

Bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the sale.

Can I try things on?

No changing rooms are available, and try-ons are not permitted anywhere at the event.

What condition is the merchandise in?

Inventory includes store and online returns. All items are sold as-is with no warranty. Please inspect items before checkout.

Is parking free?

Yes. Free parking with ample space available at every location.

What is a warehouse sale?

A brand hands us their overstock, past-season, and sample inventory. We take a warehouse, merchandise it properly, and open the doors for a few days. When it is gone, it is gone — and the next brand moves in.
